Warung Joglo “Bu Rini” – Salatiga

What : IGA BAKAR (GRILLED RIBS)

Why :

well, this iga bakar is one of the specialties of this restaurant since they are using different spices used in most other restaurants which also serve iga bakar. After being spiced (??) , the rib is grilled until the spices are really sucked into it. Besides, the grilling process also cause the rib to be soft enough to be eaten, but not so soft until it’s broken into pieces (omg, what English is this?????). They served the grilled ribs with sambal kecap and beef soup which contain beef, potato, carrot, and fried onion. Mmm… a nice combination^^

What else :

Nice food for a reasonable price. But that’s not all. Located on the side of Merbabu mountain, Warung Joglo “Bu Rini” offers a great view and breezy air while you’re enjoying the dine. A really nice place to gather with family, friends, colleagues, or even just to relax from daily routines.

ooh, another point! Wisata Kuliner Team from Trans TV has one come to this restaurant, and ofcourse Mr. Bondan (the host) said “MAK NYUUUUSSSS….”
